Shipping policy

All orders are sent with Swiss Post, and are shipped on Mondays & Thursdays.

• Switzerland shipping is CHF7

• All orders are sent with B-Post and tracking information is received when delivery has been attempted.

• International orders are sent via Swiss Post as well and can take 2-4 weeks to arrive depending on where you are based, sometimes faster.

• We are not responsible for customs charges on international deliveries, but we do all we can so customers don't have to pay import tax.
